Can You Send Food to the MTC? What's Allowed

The Provo MTC mailroom has no refrigeration, and packages may sit for a while before your missionary picks them up on their weekly preparation day. Food you can't send

• Fast food (Café Rio, In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, pizza) — it arrives cold, soggy, and unsafe

• Perishables (fresh fruit that rots, dairy, deli meats, custard or cream-filled goods)

• Anything labeled "keep refrigerated"
