Order online, drop your package at a Rushly partner location before the cutoff time, and we deliver it to your missionary at the Provo MTC the same day. We operate Monday through Friday.

Rushly has four Utah drop-off locations: Cutler Cookie Co. in Bountiful, Avenue Bakery on Fourth in Salt Lake City, Donut Star Cafe in Draper, and Avenue Bakery in American Fork.

Cutoff times vary by location: Cutler Cookie Co. in Bountiful by 11am, Avenue Bakery on Fourth in SLC by 12pm, Donut Star Cafe in Draper by 1pm, and Avenue Bakery in American Fork by 2:30pm.

Not right now. We deliver Monday through Friday. If you drop off after the cutoff on Friday, your package will go out the following Monday.

Pricing starts at $4 and depends on the size of your package. You can see exact pricing during checkout or visit our pricing page.

No problem. Our drop-off partners have Rushly bags available for a small fee via the QR code on the bag. Just keep in mind it adds a few extra minutes, so get it sorted before rejoining the line.

Yes. During checkout, you'll enter your package dimensions and we'll calculate the size tier. If your package is too large for our standard tiers, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.

No. When you order online, we collect the missionary's name and MTC address. We handle the labeling for you.

Yes. Enter your email and order number on our tracking page to see real-time status updates. You'll also receive a confirmation email when your package is delivered.

It depends on your drop-off location and when you arrive. Each location has a same-day cutoff time. Drop off before that time and your package arrives the same day. After the cutoff, it goes out the next business day.

Your package will be delivered the next business day. We'll still pick it up from the partner location, it just won't go out until the following morning.

Yes, and it's completely free. Use our letter form to submit your info, then drop your letter at your chosen partner location. We'll deliver it to the MTC the same day.

Yes. After submitting the form, you'll see the MTC address to write on your letter. Make sure to include the missionary's full name and MTC address before dropping it off.

Hours vary by location. Donut Star Cafe in Draper closes at 3pm, Avenue Bakery on Fourth in SLC closes at 7pm, Cutler Cookie Co. in Bountiful closes at 8pm, and Avenue Bakery in American Fork closes at 8pm. All are open Monday through Friday.

Yes, you can drop off anytime the store is open. Just keep in mind the same-day cutoff times if you want your package delivered that day.
