Information you provide. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing information, the recipient missionary’s name and MTC details, and any message or note you choose to include.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on Rushly’s servers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain usage and device information — such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages — through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
To process and deliver your orders, including handing your item to the MTC.
To process payments and send order confirmations, tracking updates, and receipts.
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:
Service providers — trusted vendors who process data on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and hosting), Resend (transactional email), Storyblok (content management), and Google Analytics (website analytics).
Partner locations — the limited information necessary to identify and route your drop-off.
Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights and safety.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
