By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Rushly provides same-day delivery to the Provo MTC, subject to daily cutoff times.

Orders cancelled before drop-off may receive a full refund. If Rushly fails to deliver within the same-day window, you will receive a full refund. No other refunds will be issued unless Rushly is at fault.

Rushly is not liable for improperly packed or prohibited items. Liability is limited to the delivery fee.
